1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking partners.
• A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Check-in/Check-out Policy

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Please inform us in advance if you require early check-in or late check-out.

4. Guest Policy

Laxmi Farms is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these terms and conditions.
